Hulst 20-12-03) on ffep. The first two text leaves are lightly dust-soiled and have a short closed edgetear; and there are a few pen markings on pp. 72 and 80. The ffep. is trimmed 1/4 in. short at the fore-edge. Nonetheless, it is a solid, mostly clean, and very good copy of this early guide to Rontgen procedures. It contains physical and technical data on different diagnostic procedures and chapters on medical application, including radio-therapy. Dessauer, a physicist, was one of the founders of deep therapy and the first to put it on a scientific basis. The other contributors to this volume are Prof. Dr. A. Hoffa, Prof. Dr. A. Hoffmann, Dr. Guido Holzknecht, Dr. Heinrich Kraft, Dr. H. Metzner, Dr. Carl Mohilla, Dr. Streb. .
