Fine gilt titling front and spine, green cloth, negligible wear to fore edge corners, handling creasing to ends of spine, front is leaning to fore edge (6mm overlap), rough cut page block, light spotting from inside front cover through endpapers and half title page, heavier to title page and detached tissue guard, frontispiece is pasted in black and white photographic portrait by W. & D. Downey, beneath which is a facsimile autograph; main content clean but for discoloured edges where protruding from block, spotting returns scantly at final page, heavy thereafter through final endpapers which bear lengthy notes penned by a previous owner.. Good to Very Good .
