Terms of Sale
Our books are offered subject to prior sale. We ship ordered books on the next working day after receiving payment. By default, international orders are sent by Economy Air or, if the buyer wishes so, Priority Air mail. Within Australia, books travel by the regular parcel post or express post, if requested.
Payment Methods:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, also PayPal, in all the major currencies. We also accept cheques, direct bank deposits, or money orders, but only in the Australian dollars, unless we have a prior arrangement with the buyer. We do not normally accept cash on mail orders, except in special cases and after an agreement.
Return Policy:
Books can be returned if they are received in a condition not as described. We must be notified by email or phone within 14 days of customer receiving book that there is a problem.
We provide a full money back guarantee, if book does not conform to our description and if returned within 14 days of receipt of complaint.

Parcels under 500g - A$ 6.50 (Express: $ 9.00). Parcels over 500g - A$ 10.00 (Express $12.00). There are no extra charges for books on multiple orders and no limit on number of books.
NEW ZEALAND:
Parcels under 500g - A$ 11.00 economy air, A$ 14.00 express - Over 500g - A$ 13.00 A$ 17.00 express. Extra items - half the rate.
INTERNATIONAL:
Approx. 8.50 EUR for parcel under 500g (smaller paperbacks, some hardbacks), 10.50 EUR under 750g (larger p/b and many h/b) or 13.00 EUR up to 1kg (larger h/b), shipped economy air to anywhere in the world
