There is a tear to the spine followed by a scratch to the rear cover. 60 pages, profusely illustrated in black & white by Michele Cires, Christian Dufour, Maxime Gaillard, Vincent Schrive, Joseph Stekskal, and Herve Telemaque. The corners are lightly creased. Very good. Published under the direction of the French painter and poet Jean Mazeaufroid (1943-2001) with layout by Maxime Gaillard. George Alexander's text has been translated into French by Christian Dufour. The contents consist of "Le Livre de Toth" by George Alexander, "D'Exil a V.. (extraits)" by Christian Dufour, "Delits de fuite" and several other poems by Maxime Gaillard, and "De l'education des haricots grimpeurs" by Jean Mazeaufroid. The text is in French. RARE.
