The covers are bumped & lightly rubbed with a small dent to the front cover & a small stain to the rear cover. The head & tail of the spine are chipped. xiii & 400 pages with a large folding black-and-white map in the rear. Black-and- white frontispiece with tissue guard & black-and-white plates & full-page & textual illustrations. There is some foxing to the prelims & to the last page of the index. There is an ink name on the front endpaper & 1 corner of the tissue guard is torn. Good. Good .

USA - Domestic shipping via media mail within the USA is $3.75 for the first book and $2.00 for each additional book or item. Priority mail shipping is $15.10 for the first book and $5.00 for each additional book or item.
INTERNATIONAL – When possible we will ship your item in a Flat Rate Priority Mail Envelope for $32.95 USD. Other items will be shipped via International First Class Mail for a parcel weighing 3 lbs or less is $34.50 USD. Items requiring insurance as well as larger and heavier books and multi-volume sets may cost more. We will contact you for your approval when additional shipping is required.
