The binding is very lightly bumped with the top edges of the covers slightly darkened. There is a small white stain to the rear cover. The dust jacket is lightly rubbed & chipped with the spine & extremities darkened. [iv], 62 & [9] pages. Illustrated with 62 tipped-in plates in color and black & white, including a self-portrait frontispiece. Very good in a good dust wrapper.

USA - Domestic shipping via media mail within the USA is $3.75 for the first book and $2.00 for each additional book or item. Priority mail shipping is $15.10 for the first book and $5.00 for each additional book or item.
INTERNATIONAL – When possible we will ship your item in a Flat Rate Priority Mail Envelope for $32.95 USD. Other items will be shipped via International First Class Mail for a parcel weighing 3 lbs or less is $34.50 USD.
