Good. - Octavo, gray paper covered boards backed with black cloth with a printed paper label on the spine. The cloth is lightly spotted with a tiny piece out. There is some very light staining to the covers with a tiny black stain to the bottom edge of the front cover. 115 pages plus colophon. There is offsetting to the endpapers with some minor staining to the fore- edge & to 1 or 2 text pages. An owner's name is penned at the top of the title page. Good.
