Good. - Octavo, bound in three-quarter tan calf and marbled boards with gilt- lettered leather labels on the spine. The front cover is detached and the covers are rubbed, scuffed and soiled with some wear to the marbled paper and to the corners. Over 464 pages, with 2 folding charts which include the "Names of the persons who have been elected to the offices..", and a "Form Prescribed for Return of a Subordinate Lodge". The hinges are cracked and the last several pages are darkened. There is some occasional staining, including some blue spotting to the bottom edges of a few leaves. A previous owner's name is penned on the front pastedown and there is offsetting and staining to the endpapers. Good.

Also present in these 12 volumes is "An Address Delivered on the Occasion of the Public Installation of Officers of the M.W. Grand Lodge of the District of Columbia, in the City of Washington, on the Festival of St. John the Evangelist, December 27th, A.L. 5849, by Joseph R. Chandler". Good .
