There are areas of light staining to the inner edges of the pages with light staining to the bottom edges of some pages. The title & the last page are soiled & a bit darkened. Fair working copy.

The Minutes include a three-page report, "The State of Religion", lamenting that few churches have been added and that a number are without pastors.
