Very good. - Small oblong quarto [8-1/4 inches high by 8-1/2 inches wide], softcover bound in color pictorial wrappers. The wraps are lightly bumped & rubbed with a light crease to the front edge of the front wrap & a small, light stain to the top corner of the rear wrap. [11] pages plus colophon. Full- page color illustrations on the inside wraps & half-page color illustrations & decorations on each text page. Very good.

A gift inscription on the title page is signed "Grandma & Grandpa Lauber / Odessa, Russia / September 24, 1969." On the rear cover is a lyrical note on the charms of the Ukraine, "one of the 15 equal and free republics within the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics". Very good .
