Very good. - Octavo, softcover bound in printed brown wraps. The wraps are bumped, soiled & chipped with a few small stains. There is a piece out of the top edge of the front wrap & its bottom corner is stained & creased. 20 pages. There is a small stain to the top edge of the title & a piece out of its bottom corner, else the contents are very good.

The introductory note states that "the exercises [at the First Annual Meeting] were mainly commemorative of the birthday of Washington", and the addresses in this pamphlet concern Washington, the Revolutionary War and slavery in the colonies. Very good .
