The spine & the edges of the front wrap are slightly darkened. The bottom corners of the wraps are lightly creased & the head & tail of the spine are very lightly chipped. 326 pages plus colophon. Illustrated with plates in color and black & white, including a frontispiece, with black- and-white illustrations & with numerous tables, including a folding table. There is offsetting to the frontispiece & some light foxing to the prelims. The fore-edge is foxed. The bottom corners of some rear leaves are slightly creased. Good.
