We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not right please email us. If we are responsible we will put it right or make a refund. If an item has been damaged please keep all packaging. If there is no fault we will still usually accept a return in the same condition within seven days, but in this case postal and packing costs and card processing fees are not refundable. All our stock is on our own premises in the UK.
