We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not right please email us. If we are responsible we will put it right or make a refund. If an item has been damaged please keep all packaging. If there is no fault we will still usually accept a return in the same condition within seven days, but in this case postal and packing costs and card processing fees are not refundable. Please obtain a return authorisation before you send an item.
All our stock is on our own premises in the UK.
Prices are set in GBP (UK pounds) and this is the currency we will use to charge your card. If necessary the banks will convert the charge to your currency but we cannot know the exact rate they will use.
We normally ship by first class mail or airmail unless you request a cheaper method. We will add the actual cost of this to the price (so you can save money by ordering more than one Booksort item at a time).
