US$36.95 Air Mail, for books that fit in the flat rate envelope; at-cost estimate for all larger items. Books of two pounds or less may cost less to mail, so please inquire. Surface Mail is no longer available. Canada and Mexico usually US$24.95 or less depending upon weight.
