The Preface closes thus: " The impression of this work consists of 150 copies only, probably about equivalent to the number of persons who take an interest in this particular branch of amateur mechanism; and as the lithographic stones were obliterated as the successive transfers were completed, the book cannot be reprinted". Very scarce.
