First Edition. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall. Ill.: Shepard, Ernest H. Book, Good + Copy in pink cloth on boards with bright gilt illustration of Pooh, Piglet and Christopher Robin on upper cover and titles on spine. Gilt border surrounding upper cover. Spine is sunned though titles still legible. Some light sunning has carried across edges of boards and there are some light water marks and small occasional ink marks on lower cover. Illustrated end papers are free of inscriptions, though FFE has some tanning. Frontis text and glorious b/w illustrations are clean and binding is firm. Illustration on page 29 has some very faint colouring, otherwise illustrations are free of the usual children's scribblings. Gilt top edge.
