Orders are sent within 2 working days of receiving correct card details or of cheques being cleared.
Delivery charges for parcels up to 1kg are as follows:
UK addresses (using 2nd class) - £2.50
European addresses (we use airmail only) - £6.00
Rest of the world (airmail) - £11.00
Rest of the world (surface - delivery can take up to 4 months) - £6.00
Orders for books weighing less than 1 kg will generally be processed on receiving your order. For heavier items we will contact you for your agreement to delivery charges before processing your order. Multiple orders are packaged to minimise delivery charges where possible.
Your agreement to a charge for additional insurance may be sought on purchases of higher value or if the order is to be delivered to a different address other than the ordering address.

Returns on books that are not as described are made if returned within 7 days of receipt. It is essential that customers e-mail or phone us to discuss the return prior to the return being posted. Returns on books that are as descibed but on receipt are not wanted by the customer may be allowed, contact us as soon as possible if you wish to return on this basis.
