Fullerton, James - Autobiography of Roosevelt's Adversary

Boston, Roxburgh Publishing Company, 1912. First Edition. Hardcover. Duodecimo; pp. 162; frontispiece plus six black and white photographs; black cloth, gilt; A good or better copy with some water blemishes to the front board. Front free fly leaf excised. An unusual and scarce title. This is a rambling picaresque recounting of a life as an outdoorsman, hunter, trapper, rancher etc. Fullerton accused Yellowstone Park officials of corruption and implicated President Theodore Roosevelt as a co-conspirator. This is as much a Yellowstone and sporting title as it is a Anti-TR piece. Good + .
