According to entry number sixty-five in Uwe Koch's "Annotated catalogue raisonné of the Books by Martin Kippenberger 1977 - 1997": "Obras Recientes" is the joint catalogue of two successive exhibitions of works by Albert Oehlen (January 1989) and Martin Kippenberger (February 1989) at the Galeria Juana Aizpuru, Madrid. It shows paintings, drawings, photographs and collages by both artists from the year 1988 and contains reproductions of texts, some of them handwritten, by Gihe Huning, Martin Kippenberger, Albert Oehlen, James Joyce, and Anna Giese. The model for publication design was the 1969 catalogue for the inaugural exhibition of the Galerie Thomas Borgmann, Cologne, and the 1986 catalogue "Albert Oehlen, Zeichnungen" of the Galerie Borgmann-Capitain in Cologne". A most handsome copy of this uncommon catalogue cum artists' book.. Fine.

Books are returnable within one week of receipt ONLY if description differs substantially from actual condition; in this case, you must contact us before initiating any return. No other refunds or returns will be considered.
