Nice and clean pages as new, date wtitten inside the back cover, light shelf wear on the Dj cover. Nice and clean book. 218pp including index. Price un-clipped. From Library Journal: In 1994, Guinness was approached by Charles Moore, the editor of the Sunday Telegraph, to keep a diary in 1995, from which he would publish two or three selections in the paper. Obviously, Moore recognized that what he got was a better product than he had bargained for, and the result is this book. Guinness was 81 during the year of his scribbling, and readers will hope that they are as vigorous and thought-provoking when they reach that age. The actor's comments on books, paintings, other actors, and the like reveal a sharp eye and an occasional endearing quirkiness?so much so that readers who finish the book will want to invite him to lunch. Perhaps as interesting as the book is the preface by John Le Carre, the author who created George Smiley and then watched Guinness bring him to life in a series of TV dramatizations. Items weighing up to 1 Kg will be shipped to the UK free, via Royal Mail 2nd class - items weighing in excess of 1 Kg will be shipped to the UK free, via Royal Mail 1st class or Royal Mail Standard Parcel. High value books will be shipped in UK via Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery Next Day, or via Parcel Force. All international sales sent via Royal Air Mail or Economy Mail.

Returns & Refunds:
A book may be returned for a full refund of purchase price and postage and packaging if it does not meet the description, as listed. Please note however that we pride ourselves on describing our books as accurately as possible.
Should you wish to return a book, please notify us within fourteen (14) days of receipt and return it in the same condition as received.
