New Brunswick: Rutgers University Press, 1955. 1st Edition. First Printing. Hard Cover. Quarter bound in publisher's black cloth over red boards, spine in six compartments separated by light blue borders, gilt lettering on light blue panel in one compartment, gilt lettering in two others, top edge blue.
