Fine Herbert Myron, a professor of French at Boston University, was a friend who had a lengthy correspondence with Beckett. Myron introduced Beckett to Lawrence Harvey who wrote SAMUEL BECKETT: POET AND CRITIC, focusing on Beckett's least known writings.
