London, hereditors of Vignon & Stoer 2nd edition 1592 Printers mark to titlepage. . 2 Parts in One folio in 6's (14x8.5inches) slight later tooled and gilt calf raised bands (covers detached/damage to leather of head and foot of spine/ corners worn) (vi)+762+1023pp TP in red and black nice head and tailpiece ornaments & initials to the prelims & end. Blank between part one and two is present (no 2nd titlepage is called for) A varying amount of foxing affects some sections but never causing problems with the paper. A nice wide-margined copy of this important dictionary in its best edition.
