Terms of Sale
General
All books are complete, at least in good condition and fully described, inclusive all defects. This does not include minor defects such as signature on first page or light damages of cover/ dust wrapper which is common for used books.
Prices are in nett amounts, in euros and inclusive 6% VAT. Shipping costs will be calculated to the lowest price possible. If requested in the order form, a total order price will be communicated to the buyer.
Payment can be done by
Invoice (Only for customers resident in the Netherlands)
- Invoice should be paid within 14 days after receipt
- Please refer in your payment to the invoice number

- In case of non-payment, the claim will be handled by an collecting agency

Orders and return policy
Orders over the EUR 100,00 should be paid via VISA or should be pre-paid with a minimum of 50% of the total amount.
The buyer has the right to return the books to the seller within 7 days. Notification via email would be appreciated. In case of pre-payments or VISA, refund will take place with deduction of shipment costs. In case of payment via invoice, only the shipment costs will be invoiced.
Is the return due to incorrect or incomplete descriptions of the book, the invoice amount + return costs will be refunded. The goods returned, have to be in the same condition as they were to the buyer. The risks of return are for the sender.
Shipment
The ownership of the goods sent will be for the seller until the invoice amount has been paid.
The risks of shipment of the goods will be for the seller. The seller has the right to insure the goods for sending. The additional costs for insurance will be invoiced to the buyer.

Algemeen
Alle boeken zijn compleet, tenminste in goede staat en volledig beschreven, inclusief alle gebreken. Hieronder wordt niet verstaan kleine gebreken, zoals naam op schutblad, lichte beschadigingen aan band/ stofomslag of leesribbels in de rug, hetgeen normaal is voor gebruikte boeken. Het aanwezig zijn van een stofomslag wordt expliciet vermeld, het afwezig zijn niet.
Prijzen zijn netto, in euro’s en inclusief 6% BTW. Verzendkosten, bank- en chequekosten worden tegen kostprijs doorberekend. Desgewenst kunt u in uw bestelling vragen voor een prijsopgave van het totaalbedrag. Koper mag rekenen op deugdelijk verpakte boeken en snelle order afhandeling.
Wijze van betaling

- Factuurbedrag dient binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst voldaan te worden
- 2e schriftelijke aanmaning leidt tot verhoging van het factuurbedrag van € 7,50

Bestellingen en retourrecht
Bij bestellingen boven de EUR 100,00 dient het factuurbedrag voldaan te worden via VISA/ Mastercard, Paypal of vooraf
Indien de aankoop niet (geheel) naar wens is, kan de koper binnen 8 dagen na ontvangst de bestelling aan verkoper retour zenden. Voorafgaande kennisgeving per email wordt zeer op prijs gesteld. Eventuele restitutie van de boekenprijs zal volgen.
Is de retourzending een gevolg van een onvolledige beschrijving dan wordt het aankoopbedrag inclusief verzendkosten + retourporto gerestitueerd. Retourzendingen dienen verkoper te bereiken in dezelfde staat als waarin ze aan koper verzonden werden. Het risico van retourzendingen is voor de afzender.
Verzending
Geleverde boeken blijven eigendom van de verkoper totdat volledige betaling van het factuurbedrag heeft plaats gevonden
Het verzenden van de bestelde boeken is voor risico van de verkoper. Verkoper behoudt zich het recht voor de goederen te verzekeren en/of aangetekend te verzenden. De kosten hieruit voortvloeiend worden doorberekend aan de koper.
