All items are complete and in good condition unless otherwise stated.
Minor imperfections, and/or unobtrusive damages are not always mentioned.
Presence of dust-jacket will be stated.
Books are represented by a scan, which gives an impression, a.o. colours and sharpness can differ a bit.

Prices are in Euros (€), including VAT (due to margin scheme not stated on invoice), excluding forwarding charges, and bank and/or insurance costs, if necessary.

We forward the book(s) with payment receipt by TNT Post after receiving your full payment. Books remain property of Antiquariaat Clio until full payment is received.

Right to return.
As a buyer you have a right to return your order within 7 days after receipt. You have to notify us in advance by E-mail. The purchase price (exclusive forwarding charges etc.) will be refunded. In case of inaccurate description or hidden defect(s) we will refund the total amount of the invoice. On condition that we receive the book(s) in the same state as we sent the book(s) to you.

Verkoopvoorwaarden

Alle boeken zijn compleet en in goede staat, tenzij anders beschreven.
Voor antiquarische boeken normale gebruikssporen en kleine onvolkomenheden, zoals naam en/of stempel op schutblad, leesvouwtjes, (minimale) potloodstreepjes, (zeer) lichte beschadiging aan band of stofomslag, enz., worden niet altijd vermeld.
Aanwezigheid van stofomslag wordt apart genoemd.
De gescande afbeeldingen van boeken geven een impressie: kunnen door verkleining wat onscherper/korreliger zijn.

Prijzen in Euro’s (€), inclusief BTW (niet op de factuur vermeld i.v.m. margeregeling), exclusief verzendkosten, en eventuele verzekeringskosten.
Verzendkosten conform tarieven Pakketpost TNTpost.
Wacht met betalen totdat u van ons de factuur per e-mail heeft ontvangen!

Gelieve binnen drie weken na factuurdatum te betalen op het op de factuur vermelde rekeningnummer. Verzending van de bestelling plus betalingsbevestiging geschiedt nadat het gehele factuurbedrag is voldaan.

Retourrecht.
Als koper heeft U het recht de bestelling te retourneren binnen 7 dagen na ontvangst. U dient ons hiervan te voren per E-mail op de hoogte te stellen. Het aankoopbedrag (excl. verzendkosten etc.) wordt U dan vergoed.
In het geval van onjuiste beschrijving of verborgen gebrek(en) zal U het hele bedrag inclusief de verzendkosten worden vergoed. Voorwaarde is wel dat wij de boeken terugontvangen in dezelfde staat als waarin we ze verzonden.
