Porto costs as stated with a book are only valid for postage within Holland. For European and other countries we use these rates:

Holland 1,85 => Europe 2,95 => Outside Europe => 11,50 euro
Holland 2,25 => Europe 4,75 => Outside Europe => 11,50 euro
Holland 3,00 => Europe 7,50 => Outside Europe => 21,50 euro
Holland 6,20 => Europe 9,75 => Outside Europe => 24,50 euro
Packages > 2 kilogram to Europe 17,95 => Outside Europe 35,00 euro
Packages > 5 kilogram on requist.

Payment instructions follow by email the next day upon receipt of your order. Payment only via Banktransfer (BIC/IBAN) or PAYPAL (There is an extra 2,00 euro paypal transaction fee for the paypal service).

We do NOT Accept Credit Card, Mastercard or Visa.

Unless otherwise stated the books are in good condition. Prices are in euro. Forwarding charges and insurance at the buyers' expence. Ordering by e-mail.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a book, you may return it within 7 days of receipt, provided you have notified us in advance. Postage costs are only refundable if the book is not as described. A refund will be arranged when we have received the book in the same condition as it was posted out.

Verkoopvoorwaarden

Bestelde boeken worden goed verpakt en binnen drie werkdagen verzonden. Betalingsinstructies ontvangt u de dag na het plaatsen van uw bestelling per email. Betaling binnen 7 dagen na ontvangst van uw bestelling.

Bestelt u meerdere boeken tegelijk, dan versturen we dit zoveel mogelijk als één verzending. Zo proberen we voor u een besparing te realiseren op de verzendkosten.

Bestellingen worden op volgorde van binnenkomst afgehandeld. Indien een boek niet leverbaar is, dan laten wij u dit zo snel mogelijk per email weten.

De verzendkosten in de catalogus gelden alleen voor verzendingen binnen Nederland. Tarieven voor Europa en buiten Europa zie tabel boven.

Indien gewenst, kunt u uw bestelling ook persoonlijk komen afhalen in onze winkel in Utrecht. U kunt dit aangeven op het bestelformulier. U ontvangt per email bericht over wanneer het boek voor u klaarligt om af te halen.

De getoonde boeken bevinden zich NIET in onze winkel.

Wij proberen onze boeken zo goed mogelijk te omschrijven. Voldoet uw aankoop onverhoopt toch niet aan onze beschrijving dan mag u het binnen 7 dagen retour afzender sturen, bij voorkeur in de originele bubbeltjesenveloppe. In een dergelijk geval verzoeken wij u vriendelijk om vooraf even contact met ons op te nemen via de mail (info@boek2.nl).

Geleverde boeken blijven eigendom van Boek2, totdat volledige betaling van het factuurbedrag heeft plaats gevonden.
