An issue of this general interest magazine, with this one featuring short editorials or essays on topics such as: "Negro Suffrage in the South," which examines laws in Southern states regarding African-American voting rights, asserting that laws requiring ownership of property do not seem to intend to discriminate against African-Americans, while laws requiring knowledge of the Constitution probably do, but overall seemingly taking the position that some barriers to voting, such as property ownership, are acceptable. Also present are articles/editorials on "Forced Labor in West Virginia;" "The Efficiency of Unions," etc. GOOD condition. Small label on the front cover. Offsetting/browning along the extremities. Minor soiling. Some creasing, with a few pages bearing dog ear creases. Good .

We will ship the book upon receipt of payment.
We charge a media ship rate of $4.50 for the first book plus $2.00 per each additional books. We ship internationally with the US post office. Shipping rates provided upon request based on the country of receipt. Wherever possible, we ship using first class international for $25.00, or the flat rate priority envelope through the US Post which costs $35.00. This is subject to change based on country being shipped to or size of book, so please contact to confirm rate.

We accept Paypal, cashier's check or money order (they must be drawn on US funds). Credit cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

Return policy:
Any book may be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund of book price. Buyer responsible for return shipping. For books misdescribed, or for wrong books sent, or any other errors on our part, we will refund book price plus return cost of shipping.
