DEREK, John (1926-98) - Inscribed Photograph Signed

American actor best known for portraying Joshua in "The Ten Commandments" (1956); in later life he turned to directing and photography -- and to the last of his well-known wives, Bo Derek. IPS, 8" X 10", n.p. n.y. [ca. 1965]. Very good. Minor bit of wear and discoloration, but overall attractive. Head-and-shoulders of the smiling, mustacheiod young actor, inscribed and signed in red ink in a light area at upper left: "To / Jack / Best of Luck / John Derek." Much of his signature falls on top of his dark colored shirt, making for weak contrast. Nice early portrait, inscribed later. .
