6. Antwerpen, Hubertus Bincken, 1780, in-8°, xvii pp + (1)nn pp + 170 pp + (4)nn pp (index), sewn, contemporary grey blind wrapper, spine reinforced with a strip of black cloth. Ex-library copy with two labels on spine and a stamp on the title. Uncut copy. The first edition of this book was published in Palermo in 1745. It met with great success in Southern Europe. The rare dutch translation was made, according the title page, on the second French edition, by J. Stafford a surgeon of the Imperial Austrian Army, stationed in Antwerp. .
