An abridged Swedish translation of "A Narrative of the British Embassy to China in the Years 1792, 1793, and 1794". Based on the German edition Erlangen 1795, translated by Samuel Ödmann. At end an appendix including a narrative by a Catholic missionary about his imprisonment in China, translated from the German (1794). Cf Cordier BS 2386.
