The Chinese Cultural Revolution of 1966-1976 was a social/ political movement started by Mao Tse Tung, intended to reinforce strict Communist dogma and obliterate Capitalism and traditional Chinese culture. Loosely translated, this armband declares wearer #15 to be "on duty" at the Gurao Commune [Mass Dictatorship] Command Headquarters. In nice collectible condition. Very Good.
