He alludes to a rally of German people the week before, seeking the same recognition, while asserting Poland has been expecting this war for over a century. The address concludes with a plea that the United States remains neutral. FAIR condition. Ex-library with stamping on the title page and first page, as well as perforations to a page or two along the bottom edge. A few library notations present. Minor toning. Wherever possible, we ship using first class international for $25.00, or the flat rate priority envelope through the US Post which costs $35.00. Return policy:
Any book may be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund of book price. Buyer responsible for return shipping. For books misdescribed, or for wrong books sent, or any other errors on our part, we will refund book price plus return cost of shipping.
