This is a 31-page single-side typescript [appears to comprise some typed original & some first carbon pages], bearing inked author's presentation inscription at the head of first page, several handwritten inked corrections to text, and author's signature and date at the bottom of last page. The author's name in illegible. A report evidently prepared by a Portuguese colonial administrator detailing climatic conditions in colonial Guinea-Bissau & effects on public health of Portuguese settlers.
