Contents include: The Voyage of Sir Francis Drake; The Voyage of William Dampier, the Voyage of Captain Woodes Rogers in the Duke and Captain Stephen Courtney in the Duchess including the account of their finding Alexander Selkirk on the island of Juan Fernandez with his manner of life during a residence of four years at that place and the voyage round the world by George Anson with a brief detail of the disastrous fate of the Spanish squadron under Admiral Pizarro sent out to intercept him. Return policy;
We run a 'no quibble' returns policy.
If we have made any error of collation or missed any significant flaw, or if we have failed to describe the condition honestly and accurately, we refund the cost of the book in full, plus the cost of outward shipping, plus the cost of your return shipping.
If you wish to return a book for any other reason, We refund the cost of the book, less a £5 handling charge. The cost of outward shipping is not refunded. The return shipping, and insurance, is at your expense.
In all cases, the returned book must be in our hands within one calendar month of the original sale, though exceptions can be made to this rule in special cases.
Any new damage suffered by the book will be charged pro-rata.
