As with all the Bulletins, an artist was asked to use the bulletin as an areana for his work/thoughs in whatever way he wishes. The bulletins were then mailed out or given to the public in the gallery, they did not have to be connected to an exhibition. Lewitt always liked to be the first bulletin of a new year, he made about 6 bulletins in all.
