Used; Very Good Stamp of previous owner on first title page, a Dr Nieser, who was Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary of the Free State of Baden. The stamp gives him the title of "Wirklicher Geheimer Rat", a title used in the Holy Roman Empire but after 1918 only officially used within the Free State of Bavaria. Hardback.
