A quite rare Dutch treatise on the abolition of slavery, published quite some time before the Dutch actually freed their slaves. This is in fact a study on the economical consequences and a coldblooded calculation to show what happens, what is the extra profit when you free your slaves, and give minimal wages to the "free" labourers....A stunning document, important in the history of slavery. We could not trace any bibliographical references. Good.
