Near fine in blue cloth-covered boards with still attractive, 16 color round portraits of the play's characters placed on the front and circled in gold gilt. Light wear to board and spine extremities. No date, c1900, Folio size; printed on stiff art paper. Tight binding. All page edges are tipped in bright gold. Each page is outlined in red (very thin and tasteful), 16 color and 2 b&w illustrations are laid out attractively in a variety of shapes. Pastedowns and fly pages are dark blue with a gold leaf pattern and in excellent condition. This volume has survived the years as almost new. Gift quality. Near Fine.
