Article on "Mr. Jefferson's Estate" being offered to the public for sale with list of articles, beginning with "130 valuable Negroes, sock crop, &c, household and kitchen items" and many more items. Sale on January 15, 1826 at Monticello. Also, complete "Proclamation" from President John Quincy Adams of "a general convention of peace, unity, commerce and navigation, between the United States of American, and the federation of the Center of America." signed in Washington on December 5, 1825. The complete treat is printed in English. There is also a Spanish version but not printed here. Good.
