Cambridge, Hurd and Houghton, 1869. First Edition. 0 pp. Hardcover. Very good in the publisher's green cloth-covered boards with blindstamped and gilt decorations. Light wear at the tips, front free endpaper excised, binding a little shaken, and a bookplate. All of the issues of 1868, including the largely unknown illustration by Thomas Nast done out of the orbit of Harper's Weekly. A few years later (1876), Nast illustrated David Wells' Robinson Crusoe's Money. Very Good/Issued without dust jacket.
