Also, cover article on "The Government of Louis Napoleon" and review of "Aurora Leigh" by Elizabeth Barrett Browning (p. 21, nearly entire 1st column). Opening paragraph: "Miss Barrett was long known in America before she became Mrs. Browning, and the admirers much feared that that event in her life was premonitory of an increase in the chief fault of her writings, the obscurity and verbosity that are her husband's characteristics. But it has not been so and there is a decided improvement in this respect visible in Aurora Leigh.". Near Fine.
