Original 17th century coat of arms of Ernst Roeters. Member of the Raad in Amsterdam in 1625-1648, Schepen 1625, Regent Leprozenhuis 1607. This coat of arms has the handwritten text: Anno 1625, at the bottom of the coat of arms. Size 115 x 75 mm. Some traces of the paint in the coat of arms visible.[NL] Was in 1612 koopman onder de firma Roetert Ernst en Ernst Roeters, daarna kassier in de Wisselbank 1616. Trouwde in 1609 met Geertruyd van Marckel.
