Letter and photo of Koh at front, as well as letter from Ronald Reagan and photo of him and Nancy at front. Letters are facsimiles printed on single pages.101 p. total including listings of people associated with the ball and information on the program plus extra pages devoted to describing upcoming holidays related to Singapore as well as party planner pages. For customers outside of the U.S., shipment will be made only via insured surface or insured airmail, unless the customer specifically requests an uninsured method (i.e., global priority) and specifically assumes all risks for lost shipments.
