Francis Marion Crawford (August 2, 1854 ? April 9, 1909) was an American writer noted for his many novels, especially those set in Italy, and for his classic weird and fantastic stories. In spite of his nationality, Marion Crawford's books stand apart from any distinctively American current in literature. Two volumes in blue cloth bindings with gilt lettering to the spines, one volume in a red cloth binding with gilt lettering to the spine and front board. Externally, sound with slight rubbing. There is some bumping to the tops and tails of the spines. Internally, generally firmly bound. Pages are generally bright and clean. Very Good . Ill.: None. Very Good .
