Hardcover, Former owner's inked gift inscription on ffep, foxed/age toned endpapers, a couple of lightly foxed pages, else textblock is clean and tight. All page edges are lighlty shelf soiled. Sun toned top and bottom edges, orange cloth binding with lightly bumped spine and board corners; Clipped and sunned dust jacket, foxed, shelf soiled spine and a bit to the edges, minor loss to the extremities, mylar sleeved. Very Good/Good+ (in mylar).

Within the US: $3.95 USPS media mail, $10.95 USPS Priority Mail. Books shipped outsie the US at cost plus $5. I always try to ship via USPS global priority mail ($15 USD) but large & heavy books may be quite expensive when shipped outside the US.
