London: Christie's, 1994. 82p. Card covers. VG. Illustrated auction sale catalogue of 145 lots. The Turkish island of Chustan (Keustan) in the Gulf of Smyrna was occupied by the Royal Navy in 1916 and renamed Long Island. Lt. Commander H. Pirie-Gordon was placed in control as civil administrator and stamps were issued on May 7th, 1916. The island is now known as Uzun Ada.
