David Alexander - The Death of Daddy-O

 1568805953,
Philadelphia , J. B. Lippincott Company, 1960. First edition. Cloth. A scarce copy of this mystery novel by David Alexander. Set in Manhattan, the novel follows Marty Land, Broadway's most brilliant criminal lawyer, as he endeavours to solve the complicated case of two sisters mysteriously abducted with their own consent. First edition. In a full cloth binding complete with unclipped dustwrapper in protective Brodart wraps. Externally, excellent. Minor shelfwear only. Dustwrapper is smart with some light rubbing and a few small marks. Some minor loss to rear inner flyleaf and tape to both flyleaves - although this doesn't appear to be for repair purposes. Marks to pastedowns and endpapers from tape offsetting. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are clean throughout. Very Good . Ill.: None. Very Good/Very Good Indeed.
