This work includes as list of visitors, preliminary meeting, and introductory business. Following this there is 'our aim as first-day school teachers', 'personal talk with scholars' and further papers and lectures on qualifications, results and the conversion of children. In a full calf binding with gilt stamping to the spine and board edges. Externally, generally smart with slight rubbing to the spine. Small patches of minor rubbing to the extremities. Prize inscription to verso of front endpaper, 'Presented to John Bewley Beale by the Committee of the J J D S Asso.' Internally, firmly bound.
