London, Charles Daly, c1860. Leather. A copy of Cowper's Poetical Works. William Cowper (1731 – 1800) was an English poet and hymnodist. Twenty illustrations throughout. In a quarter-calf binding with marbled boards. Externally sound with slight rubbing and some wear to the spine. Internally firmly bound with bright and clean pages throughout, save for some spotting to the first and last few pages throughout, and occasionally to the plates. Very slight loss to title page.
